Ilagan, Isabela – The Provincial Government of Isabela, in partnership with Honda Philippines, Inc. and motorcycle dealer, Motorali -- have gathered close to five hundred (500) motorcycle riders and university students on the opening day of the riding safety caravan in the province of Isabela.
The Riding Safety Caravan started with theory input and practical riding instructions, which emphasized key items crucial to the motorcycle-riding Isabelenos. These include donning of proper riding gears, applying riding safety techniques and observance of proper attitude when interacting with other road users.
