The Philippine Yamaha Cup 2007 race will be held on Oct 14 at the Carmona Circuit Philippines as part of the selection process for Team Yamaha Philippines that will represent Team Philippines in the 2007 Yamaha ASEAN Cup in Malaysia.

Yamaha and EL Racing Tech will organize the one (1) day race and will be sanctioned by NAMSSA. There will only be two (2) classes of Underbone racing : 110cc ( max displacement 112cc) and 135cc ( max displacement 137cc) and this will be a one-make-race (only Yamaha Riders are allowed to participate). Plastic Body Parts must at least be 75% of the stock bike and aside from the displacement limits, all modifications are Open. Registration is P100 only. Riders below 18 years old must have a written consent from parent or guardian in order to participate.
The Top 5 Novice and Top 5 Expert riders will be sent by Yamaha to race in Malaysia free of charge in December. This will be the fourth time that the Philippines will send a team to the interational racing event.
