Dec 07 : Motorcycle Lifestyle Goes Full Throttle at the Final Lap of the 1st Suzuki Nationwide Motor



December 2007 – Motorcycle riding has evolved from simply being the preferred means of transport for messengers and tricycle drivers into a more dynamic transportation solution that fits every lifestyle. And this motorcycle riding lifestyle revolution is what Suzuki Philippines Incorporated would want to get across to the Philippine market as it stages the final lap of the 1st Suzuki Nationwide Motor Show at the SM Mall of Asia which will run from 12 December to 16 December 2007.
 

The Suzuki Nationwide Motor Show has been touring the Philippines in places like Baguio, Greater Manila Area, Pampanga, Quezon, Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro accelerating to this prestigious event culmination. One of the highlights of the motor show is the regional competition in search of the best customax Suzuki motorcycles showcasing their dynamic personalities. These exceptional Suzuki bikes from all over the country will be judged according to their creativity/concept, originality, color combination/paint quality, presentation, safety, functionality and visitors’ choice. Guests will be entitled to vote for their favorite modified Suzuki bikes and get a chance to win in the raffle during the 5-day affair. Motorcycle enthusiasts and racing fans will be in for a treat as they witness for themselves impressive and world-renowned motorcycles including the John Hopkin’s Moto GP bike, the GSVR; Tokyo Motorshow concept bikes, the Stratosphere and G-Strider; 2008 Suzuki Big Bikes from Japan, the Hayabusa, the B-King, the Intruder and 3 Hayate scooters from Thailand all on display

With Suzuki’s commitment to reinforce safe motorcycle riding in the Philippines, guests will be able to participate in the Suzuki Safety Riding Seminar conducted by highly trained riding instructors focusing on correct riding postures, group riding, do’s & don’ts of riding a motorcycle and other related topics on 13 December 2007. Guests can also visit the Suzuki Safety Riding Booth wherein they will learn tips on safety riding along with a collection of safety riding gears courtesy of Motoworld.

Emphasizing on diversity and style of Suzuki motorcycles, the Suzuki Lifestyle Fashion Show on 14 December 2007 showcasing the Suzuki apparel line as well as Motoworld motorcycle riding gears & helmets will be staged at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. The show will also highlight the new Suzuki Hayate, the Step 125, the Raider J and the Raider 150

The Suzuki Riders Day on 15 December 2007 will kick off with a grand motorcade around Manila, Makati and Pasay wherein about 1,000 riders from different motorcycle riding clubs are expected to join. Riders will also have a chance to partake in the Suzuki-Unioil Blitz Challenge at the IMAX Parking Lot to test their wit and grits in a variety of obstacles. Another crowd drawer would be the breathtaking stunt show performed by the Suzuki Stunt Team. After a long day of riding their bikes you would think it would be over but as night falls that’s when Suzuki will get the crowd charged up at the Suzuki- Motolite Street Party. Live bands, games, raffle and a lot of exciting activities will rev up the party.

Riders can bring their whole family to enjoy the fun-filled Suzuki Family Day on 16 December 2007 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall where they can participate in games, raffle and other exciting activities. Guests can also fine tune their vocal chords and show off their singing prowess in the Suzuki - Extreme Magic Sing Singing Challenge.
