Torrential rain in Le Mans today doused the hopes of the Fiat Yamaha Team as Valentino Rossi and Colin Edwards struggled in the wet conditions and splashed home to sixth and twelfth respectively. An action-packed race, which saw seven riders crash out, was eventually won by Australian rider Chris Vermeulen, who took his first win in MotoGP.

Yoshimura Suzuki dominated the AMA Superbike double-header weekend at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California at the weekend.

The French Grand Prix ended in disappointment for Kawasaki rider, Randy de Puniet, when he crashed out on the eighth lap, having taken his first ever lead in a MotoGP race in front of his home crowd.

Yoshimura Suzuki's Mat Mladin picked up his 55th career AMA Superbike victory in the
first race of the double-header AMA Superbike weekend at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma,

MotoGP returns to mainland Europe for round five of the 2007 World Championship, as the action hits the world famous Le Mans circuit at the Alice Grand Prix de France. The track once again marks a debut visit for the 800cc machines, with no preseason testing having been undertaken there by any rider.

Ducati Marlboro Team rider Casey Stoner won his third Grand Prix victory of the year in superb style at Shanghai today, extending his World Championship lead to 15 points after four of 18 races. Team-mate Loris Capirossi also enjoyed a stirring ride, coming through from 14th on the grid to finish in sixth position. Stoner grabbed the lead on the second lap and spent much of the race involved in an intense duel with Valentino Rossi. Eventually Stoner and his Desmosedici GP7 were too strong for the former World Champion, the Australian ending the race three seconds in front. Capirossi, who started from the fifth row after he had been brought down by a rival during qualifying, steadfastly worked his way through the pack despite pain from the arm injury he suffered in the fall.

Fiat Yamaha Team rider Valentino Rossi fought a race-long battle with Casey Stoner during the Grand Prix of China today, the pair providing a thrilling spectacle until the 16th lap when Rossi was forced to concede victory to the Australian after a small mistake. Despite starting from the front row alongside pole-sitter Rossi, Colin Edwards had a less successful day as he suffered tyre problems from the start and dropped steadily down the order, eventually finishing a disappointing 11th.

John Hopkins secured his first MotoGP podium at the Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai
today, as he stormed his Rizla Suzuki home in third place - a result that also moves
him into the top five in the MotoGP Championship.

Randy de Puniet equalled his best performance in MotoGP today at the Chinese Grand
Prix in Shanghai. The 22-lap race saw the French Kawasaki rider bring home his 800cc
Ninja ZX-RR in eighth position, on a par with his previous best at Istanbul two
weeks ago, and well ahead of last year's 12th place.

Defending champion Glenn Aguilar put on another show of talent supremacy as he
swept both Pro Classes recently in the 2nd Mayor Tinga Cup - 2007 National
Motorcycle Safety and Sports Association (NAMSSA) National third round at the
newly-built Fast Track Circuit today in Upper Bicutan, Taguig City in front of
Camp Bagong Diwa.

Motozentrum Philippines Inc.(MPI) in cooperation with Castrol, is organizing the first Castrol-MPI Gymkhana Fun Run on Saturday April 28 at the Liberty Center Compound along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City.
