July 31 : Yamaha ASEAN Cup 2007 - Road to Malaysia

The much awaited Yamaha ASEAN Cup 2007 will be held in Malaysia this year. Selection is now open for Team Yamaha Philippines. On October 14, 2007, Yamaha will organize a one (1) day Race that will determine the members of the 2007 Team Yamaha Philippines. There will only be two (2) classes of Underbone racing : 110cc and 135cc and this will be a one-make-race (only Yamaha Riders are allowed to participate).

Valentino Rossi rode his Yamaha M1 to a fighting second place in Catalunya today after an exhilarating battle with Casey Stoner, the Australian eventually taking the flag just 0.069 seconds ahead of the Fiat Yamaha rider after a nail-biting final few laps.
